Project description

This remote user research project was aimed at gathering insight for Etsy’s in-house research, design and development teams.

Remote UX is often very challenging as the participants are required to express themselves entirely through conversation. Ordinary, you identify nuanced responses from participants through observation.

With remote research, the priority is to keep the conversation flowing and ensure the participant is thinking aloud throughout the process. Conveying points of pain is key to further exploration.
